Cold Lizzy Scottish Ale - Beware the Moors! This rich bodied beer has a deep aroma that comes from the addition of Peat Smoked Malt from Scotland. Named in honor of Queen Elizabeth and released the day after her passing in Scotland, this beer is a favorite with many of our regulars. We are excited to offer it once again on our menu!
Watermellow Sour- This beer draws upon the sweetness of Watermellon, with a slightly tangy-twist! It will appeal to fans of sour-beers, but isn't disarming to those who typically shy away from fruity sour combinations.
Stahoo's Heritage Pilsner - Our friends at Gallatin Valley Malting Company partnered with Montana State University to resurrect a long-lost Barley strain from the 1890's. The process has taken more than 5 years of regeneration, and we are pleased to be one of the first breweries to receive this special grain. Brewed in the Pre-Prohibition style, this beer offers a deep flavor and a crisp hoppiness. It has quickly become a favorite!
Piwo Grodziskie -Traditional Polish beer brewed from oak smoked wheat, It can be traced back to the small village of Grodziskie (GROW-JEES K'YA). Legend has it that in the year 1600 a visiting monk (Bernard of Lubin) found residents suffering from disease and draught. His prayers were answered. The well was replenished, and as it refiilled people became well. Beer brewed from the water of this town became a national favorite. Our Piwo (PEEVO) Grodziskie is a tribute to this traditional beer! 3.2% ABV
Lion Eyes Chile - A beer bursting with flavor from house roasted Hatch Chili's! This beer has deep, rich flavor without the burn. It uses Third Rail Ale as the base, and the mild hop profile accentuates the pepper flavor. Low IBU's at 24, and an ABV of 5.7%. This is a limited edition beer, and once it is gone it won't be available until Chile season of 2024!
Third Rail Ale - This beer combines barley, malted corn and milled rice. Don't let the light color fool you, these three grains, specially blended water and light hop profile make this a favorite of those who like Blonde Ales or Pale Ales. 5.7% ABV
Rose's Honey Rye - Rye beer are well loved, yet often underrepresented variety of beer. Despite the name, it is primarily brewed with barley as too much Rye can be overpowering. This beer is a rich bronze color, with great flavor and aroma.
Wagoneer Wheat - American-style wheat beer, blended with two-row malted barley. Light in color, with crisp dry finish. This beer is a favorite among wheat beer lovers as well as those who typically drink domestics, pale ales or blondes.
Pa-Ba-Shan Cinnamon Stout - This is a big beer, but the cinnamon won't overpower you. Rich roasted malt with a hint of coffee flavor, this one is sure to please the dark beer fan. It comes in at 7.8% ABV.
Rye More Reason IPA - This beer comes in at 65 IBU's, and the Rye provides a nice finish that tempers out the hops on the front end. We've been a fan of Rye beers, and this is a favorite among IPA drinkers as well. 6.5% ABV
